This is the terms & conditions between ______________________________ (‘client’) and Ella Berman (photographer) trading as ESB photography.

Copyright & Usage Rights:
All Images remain the copyright of ESB Photography for 70 years under UK law, and may not be reproduced, edited or sold without written permission.
Clients receive a personal use license, for downloading, sharing and printing images.
For social media use, photographer credit must be included (e.g.: @esb_.photography.
Images must not be altered, filtered or re-edited without prior written consent.
Model release forms will be signed by all persons photographed, allowing SB Photography to retain the right to use the images for portfolio, website, social media or promotion; purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
*Commercial or business use of images requires a separate license agreement and may incur additional fees. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use images for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
Editing & Creative Control:
All images are delivered in the artistic style of the photographer. No additional edits or raw files will be provided to the client.
Client agrees to trust the photographers vision and process
Additional edits or retouching may be requested for commercial projects and will be subject to separate agreement and fees.
Delivery & Archiving:
Final photos are delivered in JPEG form via an online gallery within 14 days of the end of the shoot, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
Standard online galleries are stored for up to 3 months following delivery. Clients are advised to download and back up their gallery.
Extended storage can be arranged for commercial or editorial projects at additional cost.
Payment & Cancellation:
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the shoot forfeit their deposit.
Reschedules may be allowed if notified prior to the 72 hour cancellation period, subject to availability.
Conduct & Safety:
The photographer reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if faced with unsafe, disrespectful or abusive behaviors.
The client agrees to communicate clearly, treat the photographer with respect, and contribute to building a safe environment.
In this light, the photographer is not liable for delays due to weather, strikes, or similar unforeseeable circumstances.
ESB Photography is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the services provided. Liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client.
Client Information:
Client details are stored securely and used solely for communication and delivery of services.
Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data in line with UK GDPR regulations.
